SERVICE AVAILABILITY AND YOUR STATUS

All prices shown on the Site are in Great British Pounds (GBP).

We reserve the right to adjust prices in our sole discretion, at any time and without notice to you. The shipment of Products to you after our delivery of such notice will confirm your acceptance of such changes.
VAT
All prices given on boomiboxers.com include UK VAT unless otherwise stated. Boomi reserves the right to amend our prices to reflect any changes in VAT that may occur. UK VAT exempt jurisdictions and international orders will not be charged UK VAT. This will be deducted at checkout after entering your delivery address.

Boomi does not collect any payment information, that is done externally via PayPal.

From time to time, we may give you Promo Codes that you can use to reduce the price of specified products, which must be entered at checkout.
Each Promo Code has its own terms, which will be made clear at the time it’s issued to you (e.g. what products are included, single/multiple use, how long it is valid for etc).
If we think there is or has been misuse of a Promo Code in any way (e.g.) fraud, tampering, technical errors or anything else that is beyond our control that affects the running or fairness of the Promo Code – we can cancel, modify or suspend the Promo Code.

ORDERING
Cancelling an Order
If you’ve made an order and want to cancel it, drop us an email as soon as you can. We will do everything we can to help make it right and get you exactly what you’re looking for.

In line with UK distance-selling regulations, you (the customer) have the right to cancel your order within the first fourteen (14) days of receiving it. You do not have to provide a reason for cancelling the order.
DELIVERY
Boomi Working Delivery Week
Boomi “Delivery Week” begins on Monday and runs through to the Friday. Boomi delivery excludes weekends.
Delivery Timescales
We aim to deliver to UK in 2 to 3 working days. European orders may take 5 to 7 working days, whilst delivery to the rest of the world is approximately 7 to 10 working days.
Please be advised that there may be delays outside of our control and at this moment in time we are unable to provide a guaranteed service.
Delivery Options
We currently offer Standard Delivery on all UK orders and provide tracking if the order is over a certain amount. All European and Worldwide orders will include tracking.
Delivery Specifics
In the case of weather which inhibits the ability to make safe deliveries, or other events beyond our control that interfere with our ability to deliver your order, we will attempt to deliver as soon as reasonably possible. To avoid disappointment, please allow additional time during the seasonal period to ensure your goods arrive in plenty of time for Christmas.
Countries out the EU
All countries outside the EU have additional customs clearance charges. Any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches its destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you (the recipient). We regret that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. For further details please contact your local customs authority. International shipments might have additional duty to pay to receive the items.
REFUNDS AND RETURNS

Return / Refund of Unused Goods
Simply send the item back to us within 60 days (from order date). We cannot operate this policy on any garments that have been worn (for reasons of hygiene) or used beyond re-sale. We can only accept products for a return if they are unworn, in the original packaging and in a re-saleable condition.
We will refund the value of the goods upon receipt of them. When returning items to us please ensure that you include a brief explanatory note which must include your name, order number and reason for return and send the product(s) to:

Please be advised we DO NOT accept hand delivered returns; our office is strictly not open/accessible to the general public.
Postage must be covered by the customer and we strongly advise to use a tracked delivery service when returning parcels to us as, if we do not have proof that products have been received back with us, a refund may not be possible.
Any postage costs from your original order will not be refunded.
Please allow up to 14 working days from the date your return parcel is received back at Boomi for your refund to be processed.

Faulty, Incorrect or Sub-Standard Products
If there are any issues with the products you have received in your Boomi order please contact us on enquiries@boomiltd.com with a picture of the fault, your name and the order number.
Please note, we offer a 200 day guarantee and goods that have been considered faulty outside of this period will not be subject to a refund.
Returns of Items in Order to Exchange
Unfortunately, we do not currently offer an exchange service, you will need to return your unworn items for a full refund and place a new order online.
CONFORMITY OF GOODS
We take every care to ensure that the description and specification of our products are correct at the time of going to press. However, while the colour reproduction of the products is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used by you.

“Boomi,” all other Boomi marks and logos, and all titles, characters, names, graphics, and button icons are service marks, trademarks, and/or trade dress of Boomi or otherwise proprietary to Boomi and may not be used by you for any reason other than as expressly permitted by the Terms. All other trademarks, service marks, product names, and company names, logos, designs, or slogans appearing by and through the Boomi Offerings are the property of their respective owners and you do not acquire any ownership rights in or to such marks, logos, or names by using and/or accessing the Boomi Offerings.
Copyright Policy
Boomi reserves the right to terminate any end-user’s access to the Boomi Offerings where that end-user infringes upon third-party copyrights. Please notify us at enquiries@boomiltd.com if you believe any infringement has occurred.

You may use Boomi’s Offerings only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. You agree not to use the Offerings: In any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation (including, without limitation, any laws regarding the export of data or software to and from the UK or other countries).
For the purpose of exploiting, harming, or attempting to exploit or harm minors in any way by exposing them to inappropriate content, asking for personally identifiable information, or otherwise.
To send, knowingly receive, upload, download, use, or re-use any material that does not comply with the User Content Standards of these Terms. To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material, including any “junk mail”, “chain letter”, “spam”, or any other similar solicitation. To impersonate or attempt to impersonate Boomi, an employee, another user, or any other person or entity (including, without limitation, by using email addresses associated with any of the foregoing).
To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone’s use or enjoyment of the Site or App, or which, as determined by us, may harm Boomi or users of the Site or expose them to liability.

Pursuant to the specifications located in these Terms, the Site or any social media platforms on which Boomi has an official page or feed, may include, now or in the future, areas (“Interactive Areas”) that allow users to post content, including but not limited to reviews, photos, videos, music, sound, text, graphics, code, or other materials (“User Content”). Any User Content you post must, in its entirety, comply with all applicable federal, state, local and international laws and regulations, and these Terms (including, but not limited to, the Prohibited Uses and User Content Standards of these Terms, respectively).
You understand and acknowledge that you are responsible for any User Content you submit or contribute and your use of any Interactive Areas of the Site, and you, not Boomi, have full responsibility for such content and use, including its legality, reliability, accuracy, and appropriateness. Although we are not required to regulate User Content, we reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to monitor, edit or remove User Content posted or stored on the Site or Social Media for any reason. You are solely responsible for creating backup copies of and replacing any User Content you post or store on the Site at your sole cost and expense.
Rights in User Content
We do not claim any ownership interest in your User Content. However, by uploading, posting, tagging or submitting User Content to the Site, to our pages or feeds on third party social media platforms (e.g., Boomi’s Facebook page, Instagram page, or Twitter feed), you hereby: (1) grant Boomi and its affiliates and subsidiaries a nonexclusive, royalty-free, transferable, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable and fully sublicensable right and license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform and publicly display your User Content, in whole or in part, and your name, likeness, voice and persona in any manner or media and for any purpose whatsoever at our sole discretion, including, without limitation, for publicity, promotional, advertising, trade, business, illustration, artistic and other commercial and non-commercial purposes; (2) represent and warrant that (a) you own and control all of the rights to the User Content or you otherwise have the lawful right to post such User Content, (b) the User Content is non-confidential and you authorise Boomi to use such User Content for the purposes described in these Terms, (c) the User Content is accurate and not misleading or harmful in any manner, and (d) the User Content, and your use and posting thereof, does not and will not violate these Terms or any applicable law, rule, regulation or third party right.
INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Boomi, our affiliates, service providers, and licensors and their respective directors, officers, agents, contractors, partners, licensors, representatives, suppliers and employees, from and against any loss, liability, threatened or actual claim, demand, damages, costs and expenses, (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site, the Products or any Offerings, or any information obtained therefor other than as expressly authorised in these Terms. We reserve the right, at our own expense, to assume the exclusive defence and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you hereunder, and you shall cooperate as fully as reasonably required by us. You agree to promptly notify Boomi of any third-party claims, cooperate with Boomi in defending such claims, and pay all fees, costs and expenses associated with defending such claims (including, but not limited to, attorneys’ fees and expenses, court costs, costs of settlement and costs of pursuing indemnification and insurance). This indemnity is in addition to, and not in lieu of, any other indemnities set forth in a written agreement between you and Boomi.
DISCLAIMERS
We reserve the right to change, modify, suspend or stop providing access to the Site (or any features or functionality of the Site) and the Products at any time without notice and without obligation or liability to you.
MODIFICATIONS TO THE SITE AND PRODUCTS
We reserve the right in our sole discretion to modify, suspend or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Site (or any features or parts thereof) or the rates, delivery, or provision of the Products at any time.
TERMINATION AND SURVIVAL

These Terms and any document expressly referred to in them constitute the whole agreement between you and Boomi, and supersede all previous discussions, correspondence, negotiations, arrangements, understandings, or agreements between us relating to the subject matter of any Contract. These Terms, and any rights and licenses granted hereunder, may not be transferred or assigned by you without the prior written consent of Boomi. Except as otherwise provided herein, these Terms are intended solely for the benefit of the parties and are not intended to confer third party beneficiary rights upon any other person or entity.
PAYMENTS
We accept Paypal, Credit Cards and Debit Cards including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Diners, Visa, Maestro, American Express and Union Pay if you have selected United Kingdom as the Country / Region. This may vary according to geographical region and Paypal reserve the right to change this at any time. Please see their Terms & Conditions for the latest information. We use WooCommerce Paypal Checkout Payment Gateway, so you can shop with us safe in knowledge that your transactions are 100% secure. This gateway allows you to pay by Credit or Debit Card, even if you don’t have a Paypal account. Please note that we only accept credit cards from countries where we ship. At this moment in time, we are currently unable to accept cash, cheques or postal orders.
